Pharrell Williams presented his Fall-Winter 2024 collection for the French brand at the Jardin d'Acclimatation on January 16th. In the front row were his friends, loved ones, and... athletes.
The moment was highly anticipated. Following the success of his show on the Pont-Neuf last June, all eyes were on Pharrell Williams' second Parisian show for Louis Vuitton. The artist and designer showcased his collection for Fall-Winter 2024, set against a vast backdrop installed behind the Louis Vuitton Foundation. In the front row, on the earth-colored steps of the stands, numerous celebrities were seated, attending the show and supporting the designer. Among the hues that were present , the trending colors for fall 2023.
Firstly, actors. Bradley Cooper arrived smiling in a navy blue coat matched with flared trousers. Carey Mulligan, who co-stars with him in Maestro and has been a fixture at events in recent weeks, appeared in a black suit with a white belt. From France, Omar Sy and Pio Marmaï were spotted, each wearing a look from Pharrell Williams' first collection for Louis Vuitton.
Next, athletes. Football, in particular, was well represented. Goalkeepers Thibault Courtois (Real Madrid) and Gianluigi Donnarumma (Paris Saint-Germain), as well as players Warren Zaie Emery and Marco Verratti, were in attendance. Tennis player Venus Williams, known for her love of fashion, came wearing a tie.
Finally, musicians. The designer invited many of his friends from the music world, such as the band Mumford And Sons, who performed for the afterparty of the show, and American rappers like Asap Ferg, Lil Yachty, Swae Lee, Playboy Carti, and Quavo. And of course, in the front row, Helen Lasichanh, Pharrell Williams' wife, accompanied by their children, the only people in the audience wearing the collection presented that day. The designer, coming out to greet the audience, took the opportunity to embrace his family, who looked on with pride.
