A blend of three mysterious oils diluted in water, followed by a drink beneficial for digestion and the microbiome, and then a dozen unidentified capsules swallowed in one go... All washed down with a green juice. As if that wasn't enough, Bella Hadid continues her morning routine by drinking a glass of sea moss, followed by a detoxifying dietary supplement drink, and then another liquid based on minerals supposed to support metabolism and boost energy.

After a quick break with a croissant accompanied by a sip of her own brand of drink made from adaptogens and nootropics, the American model resumes her ritual. She applies a few drops of essential oils on her wrists and neck. Finally, Gigi Hadid's sister puts on her crystal bracelets and "purifies" her environment by burning a huge stick of sage... before finally starting to write in her journal. This is how the 27-year-old model can (finally) begin her day.
"Isn't this dangerous?"
With more than 4.3 million views to its credit, this video posted on Bella Hadid's TikTok account last March 15 has strongly reacted internet users. Many of them expressed outrage at all the successive steps and the excessive quantity of supposedly beneficial products ingested. "You didn't actually swallow all those pills, did you?", "If you're taking that many dietary supplements, it means you're not getting enough nutrients from your diet", "This is anything but a real breakfast", "That's the equivalent of my salary spent in this video", "There's so much going on, is it really healthy?", "Isn't this dangerous?", "You shouldn't apply essential oils directly to the skin", they criticize in the comments.
"The wellness racket is real", "I refuse to believe she takes that many pills at once", "Half of these vitamins shouldn't be taken together", "It made me feel sick", "Is this really necessary if you eat healthily?", "This is completely crazy", also lament some people on "X".
Future wellness guru?
On TikTok, someone even wonders if Bella Hadid's new business might take a turn "in the same style as Gwyneth Paltrow's", turning her into a wellness and beauty guru. Indeed, last February, the influencer announced the creation of Orebella, her new holistic beauty brand. Moreover, the first three secret oils that briefly appear at the beginning of the video could well be the first exclusive products of the range. The veil will be lifted on May 5th, the official launch date of her new project. In the meantime, the promotional coup is successful.
