Inspired by bringing comfort to the reality of everyday life, UGG has collaborated with creative director YOON of Tokyo-based label AMBUSH on a new collection that reimagines two timeless silhouettes, the Mary Jane and penny loafer, in a bold and unexpected way.
Available for purchase starting February 21st, the collection is crafted with the UGG brand’s iconic, premium materials, fused with the ultra- distinct aesthetic of AMBUSH, the classic styles re-emerge as something completely new. This four-piece collection embodies this cutting-edge approach YOON and AMBUSH are known for, crafted with the comfort and feel of UGG.
Available in pink and white, the UGG AMBUSH Mary Jane features the Mary Jane silhouette covered in sheepskin and finished with metal and leather details.
While the UGG AMBUSH Loafer is a penny loafer silhouette finished with metal and sheepskin detailing. Available in burgundy and black, this style features a slide-on back for a more casual version of the typically-formal style.
The collection is brought to life through an immersive campaign capturing the arc of a school talent show, from its practice, its little life moments, and the show.
Featuring a group of four misfit teens in the four-piece offering, the interconnected vignettes highlight the fleeting, yet vivid moments, of friendship, unspoken feelings, and the awkward beauty of adolescence.
The UGG X AMBUSH campaign will transport consumers back to those raw, unforgettable teenage years and the collection will be available for purchase in the Middle East starting February 21st exclusively at Pinnacle UGG retailer Bloomingdale’s in Dubai Mall, offering fashion-forward consumers in the region a unique opportunity to experience the collaboration firsthand.
