Khaled Mouzannar in the Temple of Bacchus
"Capharnaüm" in Baalbeck
11-July-2018
On Sunday, July 8, 2018, the composer Khaled Mouzannar entertained the audience in the "Bakhos Temple" in support of the Baalbeck festival. More than 20 musicians from around the world led by Marie-Jeanne Sirero played the soundtrack of the three films directed by Nadine Labaki and composed by Khaled Mouzannar. The concert was held in Beirut to present the first scenes of the latest Labaki movie "Capharnaüm". 40 minutes of the soundtracks were played, accompanied by scenes from the movie, a prelude to the release of the movie next month in the Lebanese cinemas. "Capharnaüm" won the jury award at the Cannes International Film Festival last May. Labaki assured that Lebanon will be the first country where the film will be commercially screened.
