Miss Lebanon 2018
A new beauty queen on the throne

It's Maya Reaidy, 22-year old Pharmacy student at LAU, who was crowned last night Miss Lebanon 2018. The televised ceremony was held at Forum de Beyrouth and organized by MTV and Miss USA 2010 Rima Fakih Slaiby, featuring 30 candidates, all dressed by Lebanese designer Nicolas Jebran.
The jury featured George Kordahi, Nancy Ajram, actress and Miss Lebanon 2004 Nadine Njeim, Adel Karam; makeup artist Bassam Fattouh who was in charge of the candidates' makeup, Guy Manoukian, Miss Universe 2018 Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters, Nicolas Jebran, and jewelry designer Doumit Zoughaib, who designed the crown worn by the queen.
Mira Toufaily was the first runner-up, followed respectively by Yara Abou Monsef, Vanessa Yazbeck and Tatiana Saroufim.
Good luck Maya at the Miss Universe 2018 competition, which will be held in Thailand on December 16!
