An expert in primary health care for adults in health management, said a short rest of sleep could be a good alternative to caffeine.
"There are studies that confirm that sleeping for 20 minutes during the day is more effective to increase labor productivity than 200 mg of caffeine," the expert said.
There are two options for rest, namely, 10 to 20 minutes or an hour and a half of sleep, the guide said. In the first case, the body can relax in the shortest possible time, and in the second case, it can recover and renew itself completely.
