A dream house come true for the lucky winner of Sakr Real Estate’s Go Grand & Go Home initiative

June 27, 2019 – The economic crisis in Lebanon, and the suspension of the subsidized housing loans, have significantly affected the Lebanese real estate sector among others, along with the purchasing power of those wishing to buy their first home or upgrade their existing one.

In this bleak climate, leading developer of lifestyle communities in Lebanon, Sakr Real Estate, partnered with Grand Cinemas and Hyundai to give one lucky winner a chance to win big with Go Grand & Go Home initiative, which was widely welcomed by the public and generated great excitement.

Launched in January 2019, the initiative promised Grand Cinemas’ customers a house from Sakr Real Estate and a 2019 Hyundai i20 for a $20 bundle ticket which gave them access to the draw. But in addition to Grand Cinemas’ clients, the initiative attracted a large number of home-seekers who are struggling to buy a house and viewed this as a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see their dream come true.

On June 15, this successful initiative came to an end and the name of the lucky winners were announced at ABC Verdun in the presence of Sakr Real Estate, Grand Cinemas and Hyundai representatives, as well as many participants and members of the press.
