Apple Pie recipe

INGREDIENTS
6 apples
20 g of butter
3 eggs
150 g of sugar
170 g flour
1 C. cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
½ sachet of baking powder
PREPARATION
STEP 1 Bry a pie tin. Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices. Put them nicely in the mold.
STEP 2 In the bowl of the robot equipped with the Knead / Crush blade, add the eggs, sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt, and yeast.
STEP 3 Place dough on the mold over the apples.
STEP 4 Put everything in the oven at 180 ° C for 40 minutes. At the end of cooking turn the pie on the baking sheet and cook for another 5 minutes to brown the apples.
TIPS
You can serve this apple pie still warm with a good scoop of vanilla ice cream, you will delight the taste buds of your gourmands ...
