Use the appropriate moisturizing shampoos and masks
After weeks spent in the sun, your hair is damaged or even brittle. The first step to take to revive the whole thing: hydration. Whether through the use of nourishing shampoos or the application of daily masks, do not skip this key step to find hair shiny and silky to perfection!
Beauty comes from the inside
As with everything else, diet plays a crucial role in ensuring shiny hair. Apart from the dedicated food supplements, the plate side, we do not skimp on fish and especially salmon that helps strengthen the elasticity of the hair; on high-protein eggs that give them all their shine but also on soybeans and broccoli that boost the production of sebum and keratin as they arerich in vitamins A and C and beta carotene. As for lentils, nuts and even dark chocolate, thanks to their iron content, they will help strengthen the hair fiber. Finally, eating avocado, rich in antioxidants, will optimize the hydration of the hair.
Chop chop
A visit to the hairdresser is highly recommended to say goodbye to split ends. No need to cut everything, only 1 or 2 centimeters will do the job.
Avoid hair dryers and hair straighteners
To avoid further attack the hair, stay away as much as possible from straighteners and dryers. Their high heat will further damage your hair. And should you absolutely have to use them, make sure that your hair is completely dry beforehand and apply a small amount of leave-in cream to protect your hair before using the hair dryer/straightener.
