Gnocchi with Asparagus and Parmesan

Ingredients

 

500 g of gnocchi

A bundle of fresh green asparagus

½ liter of fresh cream

Two tablespoons of vegetable oil

Chopped medium onion

Salt & pepper

¼  cup of grated Parmesan cheese

 

How to prepare

 

- Cook the gnocchi by following the box’s instructions, then set aside.

- In a bowl over the heat, add asparagus with oil until cooked.  

Attention! Asparagus may ripe quickly, so don't leave it over the heat for a long time.

- In the same bowl, cook the onion until it becomes light-colored, then add the cream with parmesan cheese, salt and spice and stir the mixture until the sauce thickens.

- Put the gnocchi in a serving dish along with asparagus and decorate it with parmesan cheese.

You must serve the gnocchi hot.
