Korean Style Cauliflower

Ingredients
3 cups of chopped cauliflower
4 tablespoons of tomato paste
2 tablespoons of flour
Salt, to taste
1/3 cup of breadcrumbs
The sauce
¼ cup of hot red sauce
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of sesame oil
1 Tablespoon of sesame
How to Prepare
In a large bowl, mix tomato paste with flour and salt. Dip the cauliflower in it, cover it well with the mixture then with breadcrumbs.
Place the cauliflowers on parchment paper in the tray then put it in a pre-heated oven to bake until they become re.
Meanwhile, mix the sauce ingredients in a saucepan over the heat until boiling, and stir the mixture over a low heat until the sauce thickens.
Mix cauliflower with the sauce and sprinkle sesame over them before serving the cauliflowers hot with white rice.
