Nutella Stuffed Cookies

Ingredients (for 12 pieces)
1 cup of Nutella chocolate
1 ¼ cup of flour
¼ teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Pinch of salt
½ a cup of butter
1 cup of brown sugar
1 egg at room temperature
1 Tablespoon of vanilla
½ a cup of chocolate chips
How to prepare
Spread the Nutella chocolate with a spoon on a parchment paper inside a tray, and place it in the freezer to become solid. Then cut it into 12 pieces.
Mix the flour with sodium bicarbonate, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
In another bowl, beat the butter until soft, then add sugar and whisk until the mixture smooths. Add the egg and vanilla to the mixture and mix well.
Add the mixture to the flour and continue whisking until smooth. Add chocolate chips and gently stir with a spoon.
Place the cookie dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, then divide it into 12 pieces. Stuff each small dough with Nutella and seal it well.
Bake in a preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
