Chocolate Osmalieh

Ingredients
1 kg Osmalieh pastry dough
1 cup of vegetable oil
Chocolate cream
4 bars of chocolate cut into cubes
1 ½ cup of thick cream
4 tablespoons of butter at room temperature
¼ teaspoon of salt
How to prepare
Divide Osmalieh pastry dough into two equal parts, put one piece at the bottom of a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Brush the top side with half of the oil and bake in the oven until it becomes blonde. Repeat the same process with the second piece of the dough.
Meanwhile, place the cream in a pan over low heat. Add chocolate, butter, and salt while stirring the mixture until the butter melts completely. Let it cool down to room temperature, then put it in the fridge until it becomes rigid.
Put one piece of the cooked dough on a serving plate and spread the chocolate cream on top, then place the second piece by pressing it on top.
Decorate with chocolate and serve it cold.
