Ingredients
Pizza dough
1 kg of flour
2 ½ cups of water
3g of instant yeast
1 tablespoon and a half of olive oil
Asparagus & Feta Pizza
1 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon of flour
1 teaspoon of garlic
¼ cup of cream
¼ cup of Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon black pepper
200 g of asparagus
200 g feta cheese
Mushroom & Cheese Pizza
250 g fresh mushrooms, chopped
1 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon of olive oil
½ teaspoon of garlic
Salt and pepper
300 g parmesan and mozzarella cheese
Pesto & Halloumi Pizza
Bunch of basil
2 teaspoons of pine
5 tablespoons of olive oil
¼ cup of Parmesan cheese
200 g halloumi cheese
Pizza rolls
¼ cup pizza sauce
¼ cup of chopped black olives
¼ cup chopped mortadella slices
¼ cup of grated mozzarella cheese
To prepare the pizza dough:
- Mix the ingredients well and finally add salt.
- Leave the dough to rest for 8 hours.
- Spread the dough over a surface covered with flour and divide it into four sections.
To prepare asparagus and feta pizza:
- Melt the butter with the flour in a pan over the heat.
- Add garlic, cream, parmesan and spice.
- Leave it until the sauce thickens.
- Spread the sauce over the pizza dough
- Drain the asparagus and sprinkle with feta cheese. Put in preheated oven until done.
To prepare the mushroom and cheese pizza:
- Cook the mushrooms over the heat with butter and olive oil.
- Add garlic and spices.
- Stir the mixture until done.
- Mix with parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
- Divide the dough into circles with a cup, and stuff each part with the filling.
- Wrap the dough and seal it using a fork. Put them in preheated oven until done.
To prepare pesto and halloumi pizza:
- Place all ingredients except the halloumi in the blender, mix until they become smooth. Spread the mixture over the pizza dough and garnish with cheese.
- Place it in a preheated oven for 15 minutes.
To prepare pizza rolls:
- Extend the dough rectangularly.
- Spread the sauce all over the dough
- Wrap the dough in a roll, then cut it into rings.
- Place the rolls in a preheated oven and bake until the top turns red.
