During fasting, your body will get rid of toxins, including cleaning the liver, which greatly affects how you skin looks. Thus, fasting will clear your skin naturally, as long as you moisturize your skin regularly and drink a lot of water after Iftar.

Fasting allows you to treat your acne, which is formed by the accumulation of oils. Therefore, when you reduce the consumption of sweets and fast food, your body will reduce secreting insulin and hormones that block the pores, which would reduce as well acne.

Fasting can also be a natural anti-aging, because during this time, the body stimulates the production of anti-aging compounds. It also secretes antioxidants and amino acids which protect the skin from the signs of aging.

Fasting is one of the best diets you can choose to stay you fit and control your weight. Instead of trying hundreds of diets, try fasting! It would help you lose some extra pounds, because you’re eating less calories. Also, it stimulates your metabolism, which helps your body burn fat faster while maintaining the muscle tissue.
