Mushroom soup

Ingredients

2 tablespoons of butter

1 medium onion

500 g chopped mushrooms

4 tablespoons of flour

2 cups of chicken broth

Salt and pepper to taste

2 cups of fresh cream

 

How to prepare

Cook onions with butter in a pot over the heat until it becomes light brown. Add mushrooms and cook on high heat for 5 minutes.

Mix flour, salt and spice, and half the amount of chicken broth until the mixture becomes smooth. Add them to mushrooms with the rest of chicken broth then leave it until boiling.

Stir the mixture using an electric blender until homogeneous.

Add cream and simmer for 15 minutes, while stirring constantly.

Serve the soup hot with bread.
