Salmon with creamy spinach sauce

Ingredients
4 salmon fillet
2 tablespoons of oil
2 tablespoons of butter
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
3 cups of small spinach leaves
2 cups of fresh cream
Salt and pepper to taste
½ cup of parmesan cheese
How to prepare
In a pan over the heat, cook salmon with oil and stir until cooked and fried. Remove from heat and set aside.
In the same pan, cook onions with garlic in butter for 10 minutes.
Add the spinach leaves and stir until tender.
Add cream with salt, spice and parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce thickens.
Add salmon to the sauce and serve hot
