You can now enjoy a wonderful sexy tan through self-tanning products, which come in cream, mist, gel and oil formulas, to apply them easily on your entire body. You will gain a tan in no time!
If you don’t like to be exposed to the sun, or avoiding any burning of the skin or any other damage caused by the sun's UV rays, you can use self-tanning products that will guarantee you a wonderful tan safely and instantly.
Follow these tips to help you apply a self-tanner for an even coverage and longer-lasting results:
Exfoliate
Exfoliate your body before applying a self-tanner to help remove dead skin cells.
Dry your skin
Drying your skin before you apply a self-tanner helps it go on evenly.
Apply in sections
Apply the self-tanner in sections; begin with arms, legs then bust or belly... Then rub the self-tanner into your skin in a circular motion.
Wash your hands after each section
To avoid orange-colored palms, wash your hands with soap and water, each time you finish applying the self-tanner on a section of your body.
Blend and dilute over your joints
Knees, ankles and elbows tend to absorb more self-tanner than the rest of the skin, thus you need to blend the tanner very well for a natural look. However, if you want to dilute, lightly rub with a damp towel or apply a thin layer of lotion on top of the self-tanner.
Give your skin time to dry
Wait at least 10 minutes before getting dressed. For the next three hours, it is best to wear loose clothing and try to avoid sweating.
