What used to be men’s clothing, is now having a female version of it. Women are now able to challenge traditional stereotypes and show their bold femininity in men’s silhouettes cuts.
After trousers and suits, fedora hats are becoming a statement accessory for women.
Fedora hat was used by some women activists to fight for gender equality during the late 19th century. Today, fedora hat has become an iconic piece for women for a casual look.
Lebanese star Maya Diab can’t stop loving these hats, as she was spotted lately in fedora hats styled in different ways, using them as statement piece. Find out how Maya added Fedora hats to look stylish and elegant in her latest looks.
For a summer fresh look on the beach, the Lebanese artist wore the fedora hat with a lightweight white dress with a front slit and a belt on the waist with light-tinted sunglasses and large earrings.
In another summer look, Maya chose a little black dress to pair it with a red fedora hat with silver hoop earrings and pair of black stilettos.
Who said fedora hat doesn’t go with formal blazers? In this look, Maya paired a fedora hat with an oversized blazer, and a pair of white sneakers. Some accessories were added like half-gloves and Chanel iconic bag.
Maya mixed different prints in one look and mastered her fedora styling. She opted for a snakeskin print leggings with a black velvet blouse and a cheetah-print fedora hat.
Maya Diab paid tribute to American Indians through her midi suede tassel skirt which paired it with a classic blue shirt and a houndstooth blazer with a matching fedora hat and high boots.
During lockdown, Maya Diab also appeared in her virtual concert with a Fedora hat, under which she wrapped a headband. She paired the look with a T-shirt and loose pants for a comfortable quarantine look
