Skipping meals

A common misconception about losing weight is to avoid eating or skipping meals, thinking that this would help in weight loss. Women often skip breakfast or dinner; They don’t know that it would decrease their metabolism, and increase their desire to have snacks throughout the day.

You may think that sleep has nothing to do with weight loss, but in fact, lack of sleep lower levels of the hormone leptin and increases the production of the hormone ghrelin, the hunger hormone. Thus, you will feel hungry constantly. The less you sleep, the more you will feel like eating fatty foods rich in carbohydrates.

Women believe that cardio exercises are sufficient to lose and burn fat, thus, they ignore strength exercises and weight lifting.
