Light Smoked Salmon Salad

Ingredients
2 cups of green salad leaves or Rocca leaves
1 chopped avocado
1 red onion, sliced
200g of smoked salmon
The sauce
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of honey
1 teaspoon of mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
How to prepare
Mix all salad ingredients well, except for the salmon.
Mix the ingredients of the sauce, then pour it over the salad and mix well.
Garnish with smoked salmon and serve cold.
Orange slices can be added for a refreshing flavor!
