3 ways to Prepare Yummy Smoothies at Home

Peanut Butter Chocolate Smoothie

Ingredients

¼ cup of peanut butter

2 bananas

½ cup of milk

½ cup of yogurt vanilla flavored

2 tablespoons of cocoa

¾ cup of ice

 

How to prepare

Place all ingredients in an electric blender at high speed.

Pour the mixture into cups and serve cool.

 

 

 

Red Velvet Cake Smoothie

Ingredients

2 frozen bananas

1/3 cup chopped beets (boiled and frozen)

2 tablespoons of cocoa

2 pitted dates

¾ cup of milk

½ teaspoon of vanilla

 

How to prepare

Place all ingredients in an electric blender at high speed, wait until the mixture becomes smooth and homogeneous. Add more milk if needed.

Decorate the smoothie with cocoa powder or whipped cream before serving.

 

 

 

Rose Water and Raspberry Smoothie

Ingredients

150 g frozen raspberries

1 banana

40 g oats

1 tablespoon of honey

2 tablespoons of rose water

200 ml of coconut water

 

How to prepare

Mix berries, bananas, oats, honey and rose water in an electric blender at high speed.

Add coconut water to it and wait until the mixture becomes smooth and homogeneous.

Serve immediately.
