Halawa Brownies

Ingredients

200 g dark chopped chocolate

4 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

½ cup of sugar

½ cup vegetable oil

1 cup of flour

¼ teaspoon of salt

250 g halva

2 tablespoons of tahini

 

How to prepare

Melt the chocolate in a glass bowl.

Beat the eggs with vanilla and sugar, wait until the mixture becomes homogeneous.

Add chocolate, oil, flour and salt and whisk until smooth.

Place the halwa at the bottom of the tray then top it with the brownie mixture.

Place in a preheated oven for 40 minutes.

After it cools down, cut it and garnish with tahini before serving.
