4 Easy Party Dips

Goat cheese with dried tomatoes dip
Ingredients
300 g goat cheese at room temperature
150 g of cream cheese at room temperature
½ cup parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons of olive oil
¼ teaspoon of black pepper
1/3 cup of dried tomatoes
2 tablespoons of fresh basil leaves
Baguette bread to serve
How to prepare
Whisk the goat cheese with cream cheese, parmesan oil, olive and black pepper until the mixture becomes smooth and homogenous.
Pour the mixture into a greased tray and put in a pre-heated oven for 20 minutes.
Decorate with basil leaves and dried tomatoes
Serve hot with baguette.
Avocado, yogurt and mint dip
Ingredients
1 chopped avocado
½ cup of yogurt
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
¼ cup of chopped mint leaves
Salt to taste
How to prepare
Mix avocado with milk and lemon juice in the electric blender until smooth.
Add mint leaves with salt and mix.
Decorate the mixture with mint leaves and serve with chips, croutons or fresh vegetables.
Note: The dipping can be prepared several hours before and placed in the refrigerator and covered until serving.
French onion dip
Ingredients
3 tablespoons of butter
2 ½ cups of chopped onions
¾ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of black pepper
½ teaspoon of onion powder
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
120 g of cream cheese
¼ cup of mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
How to prepare
Cook the onion with butter and spices in a pan over the heat, wait until it becomes light brown. Remove the onions and set aside to cool down.
Mix cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise in a bowl until the mixture becomes smooth.
Add the caramelized onion and put the mixture in the refrigerator for two hours.
Serve at room temperature with chips or baguette.
Mexican corn dip
Ingredients
3 cups of fresh or frozen corn kernels
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
3 tablespoons of sour cream
1 tablespoon of chili powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of chopped coriander
½ cup of feta cheese
How to prepare
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, chili pepper, garlic powder and salt.
Add coriander and half the amount of cheese to the corn. Add the mayonnaise mixture and mix them well..
Garnish with the remaining cheese and coriander the serve the dipping with chips or toasted taco bread.
Note: Jalapeno peppers can be added for spicier flavor.
