Strawberry Tiramissu

Ingredients

 500g of strawberries

¼ cup of strawberry jam

2  tablespoons of water

1 cup of thick cream

250 g mascarpone cheese

¾ cup of sugar

1 tablespoon of vanilla

200 g of savory biscuit

 

How to prepare

Cut the strawberries. Put half of the quantity with strawberry jam and water in the electric blender then mix until smooth.

Whisk the cream with cheese, sugar and vanilla.

Place the biscuits in a special tray, then pour the strawberry mixture over it, then top with strawberry pieces and cream mixture. Repeat in the same order until the tray is full.

Garnish the Tiramisu with strawberry pieces and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

Serve cold.
