What to wear when travelling
Fly in style!

It is not always a good idea to travel while wearing tight clothes, especially when you have to keep your face masked. What are the best decisions to take to create the perfect comfy outfit when you’re 30,000 feet above the ground? Here is our guide to a flight with optimal comfort.
Although flights are limited right now, however, some of us will be heading to a vacation destination this summer.
If the question of the protective facemask does not arise, another question may arise: the travel outfit.
Will a mini short get you in the mood? The jeans with T-shirt combination? How about our favorite little dress? What if we stayed in pajamas?
With the jet lag, the discomfort of the economy class and the air conditioning, there are no strict rules about what to wear when flying on a plane except seeking comfort. Don't panic, even celebrities opt for cool airport looks and shapeless outfits!
Forget about tight jeans
Sure, this kind of jean will help you have an hourglass figure and long legs, however the charming slim-fit jeans or stretch-less denim will not be your best friend for long flights. They will likely squeeze your legs, prevent a good blood circulation, and force you to unbutton it so you will be able to breathe when you are seated at 35F. Therefore, it is better to opt for the stretch version of the jeans, the one that is made with elastane, or even better, the Boyfriend jeans which do not hamper the calves.
Wear comfy shoes
At an altitude of more than 30,000 feet, your feet tend to swell because of the pressure in the passenger compartment. Open-toe sandal-type shoes or, worse, shoes with heels are totally irrelevant. Instead, put on some comfortable sneakers to prevent any bad shape. Also, to avoid shivering due to the air conditioner, you can obviously take off your shoes and put on a pair of cashmere socks to warm your feet and stay comfortable.
Curl up in a shawl or scarf
This is also a trick to protect you from the air conditioner; even if you are heading to a coastal country, a shawl or a light scarf is essential to avoid arriving in Bali with a cold because of the air conditioner. You can also use it as a soft large blanket better than those offered in economy class.
Choose between jogging and pajamas
In terms of comfort, there are two type of style when flying: the traveler fashionista addicted to precious fabrics or the adept of cocooning street wear.
If you belong to the first category, like Kate Beckinsale, you put on your silk pajamas to travel comfortably. If you prefer the second category, like Bella Hadid or Cara Delevingne, then you should favor loose clothes in which you will be comfortable to lie down (in first class) or curl up (in eco class). It all depends on the budget. Soft jogging doesn't mean an old threadbare tracksuit. It is better to choose soft materials such as cashmere or heather fleece for a quick draw that perfectly combines comfort with style. Welcome aboard!
