Beetroot and goat cheese tart

Ingredients
500g of beetroot
100ml of honey
2 tablespoons of olive oil
¼ cup of orange juice
320 g puff pastry
15g of chopped hazelnuts
25g of soft goat cheese
How to prepare
Peel the beets, then cut them into very thin slices.
Put them on a paper on a tray then grease them with honey, oil and orange juice. Cover the tray and put it in a preheated oven for 25 minutes or until cooked.
Meanwhile, place the puff dough on another parchment paper, then poke it using a fork and put it in the oven for 20 minutes.
Spread the beetroot on the dough with liquid then add hazelnuts and goat cheese.
Put it again in the oven for 10 minutes.
Garnish with green salad and serve it.
