Sesame tahini cake

Ingredients
1 ½ cup of flour
1 ¾ tablespoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon of baking soda
¼ teaspoon of cinnamon
½ cup of yogurt
½ cup of tahini
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 cup of sugar
½ cup of vegetable oil
1 ½ teaspoon of sesame oil
2 tablespoons of black fennel seeds
How to prepare
In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda and cinnamon. Set aside.
Mix the yogurt with tahini very well in another bowl, then set aside.
Beat the eggs with vanilla and sugar, then add vegetable oil and sesame oil gradually to them.
Add the flour mixture with milk and tahini mixtures, wait until it becomes homogeneous. Add black fennel seed and mix well using a spoon.
Grease a cake tray with oil, then place a parchment paper on top, then grease it with butter. Sprinkle sesame and sugar.
Pour the cake mixture in the tray, then sprinkle again sesame and sugar on top, before putting the tray in a preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
