Chocolate Buns

Ingredients
¼ cup of butter
300 ml of milk
4 cups of flour
1/3 cup of cocoa
2 ¼ teaspoon of instant yeast
½ cup of sugar
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 egg
1 cup of chocolate chips
To define lines on top of the bread
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons of cocoa
1 tablespoon of flour
2 ½ tablespoons of water
How to prepare
In a small bowl over the heat, melt butter with the milk, then remove it and let it cool down.
Mix flour, cocoa, yeast, sugar and cinnamon together in an electric blender.
Add milk, then eggs and vanilla while whisking continuously. Knead the dough using your hands.
Place the dough in a bowl, grease with oil and leave it to rest for an hour or until it doubles in size.
Add chocolate chips to the dough, then knead it on a floured surface before dividing it into 12 pieces. Place those pieces in a tray on parchment paper greased with oil and leave them to double in size again for an hour.
Grease dough pieces with beaten eggs.
Mix cocoa and flour with water and wrap them a plastic bag, then draw two intersecting lines on each piece of bread.
Place the bread in a preheated oven for 20 minutes. Serve hot with butter.
