End of summer is just around the corner. From a fashion standpoint, major differences are going to start occurring inside your wardrobe. But we have some good news for you! Yellow is staying in your closet, because this color is one of the major color trends for fall and winter 2020/2021. Get to know more about the trend and ways to style this happy and optimistic color in your fall outfits.
Yellow on yellow? Or what?
On the runways, Yellow was seen frequently in monochrome looks or mixed with another shade.
We saw it frequently styled with black on the runways. Black belt and black-detailed boots were styled with the midi dress in Fendi, while a black and white fur was laying on the model’s shoulders over a long classic gown from Georges Hobeika, we loved the 2 shades together!

Having done our research, all shades of yellow can be styled with bright hues or more neutral and basic ones, depending on how bold you want the outfit to look. We fell in love with German influencer Caro daur’s yellow pants which she styled with a classic red shirt proving that these two colors can be seen together in an outfit. Yellow can be seen also with some bright pink hues as well and orange shades, trust your instinct and take notes from the best street-stylers.
However, if you are on the search of a more classical look, beige and browns will serve you well with yellow, or mix it with some greys and other neutrals.

Yellow accessories
One great way to implement this catchy color in your outfits is by adding a yellow accessory, whether it is a little bag or an oversized one, as we saw yellow clutches and totes in street style looks. And we couldn’t but falling love with the Horseferry print belt bag from Burberry, which can be styled with almost all your daily looks.
