Chocolate Basbousa

Ingredients
2 cups of coarse semolina
1/2 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 cup of yogurt
5 tablespoons of orange blossom water
1/2 cup of chocolate chips
1 cup of syrup
Chocolate ganache
1/2 cup of black chocolate chips
3/4 cup of whipping cream
How to prepare
Mix semolina, sugar, baking soda and salt.
Add yogurt and orange blossom water and mix well.
Pour half the amount of basbousah into a greased tray, then spread the chocolate chips over it. Pour the remaining amount and place the tray in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until its face is lightly bleached.
Pour the syrup over the hot basbousah and set aside to cool.
To prepare the chocolate ganache, place the cream in the microwave for one minute, then pour over the chocolate chips and stir until the chocolate melts.
Pour the ganache over the basbousah and serve.
