Ingredients
4 cups of chicken stock
1 and a half cup of cornmeal
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup of heavy cream
8 tablespoons of butter
Mustard and honey sauce
500 g cleaned shrimp
1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning
3 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons of mustard
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
How to prepare
Put the chicken broth with corn flour and salt in a pot over the fire until it boils. Turn off the heat and cover the pot for 10 minutes.
At this time, mix the Cajun seasoning with the shrimp, then add honey and mustard.
After 10 minutes, put the corn mixture on the stove until the water evaporates for about 20 minutes. Remove the mixture from the heat, then add the cheddar cheese, parmesan and cream.
At this time, melt the butter in a large pot over a stove, then add the shrimps and cook for 3 minutes. Add honey and mustard mixture and cook for a few minutes before adding the parsley.
The corn mixture is placed in a plate, then poured over the shrimp and served immediately.
