Oven grilled halloumi cheese

Ingredients
40 g chopped tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of oregano
1/2 teaspoon red hot pepper
1 fresh red pepper, cut into small cubes
2 tablespoons of olive oil
4 pieces of halloumi cheese
1/4 cup of olives
Salt and pepper to taste
A handful of chopped parsley
How to prepare
Mix the tomatoes, garlic, oregano, red pepper and olive oil and place in a tray in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
At this time, cut the halloumi molds into 1 cm thick slices.
Add olives to the tomato sauce, then place the chopped halloumi in the heart of the sauce and sprinkle the mixture with salt and pepper.
Put the tray again in the oven for 45 minutes
