Donut recipe with halloumi cheese and cranberry jam

Ingredients
380 g of flour
100g of sugar
20g of baking powder
300 g of halloumi cheese
200 ml of milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 cup of sugar
200 g cranberry jam
Vegetable oil for frying
How to prepare
In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar and baking powder.
The shredded halloumi is placed in an electric mixer until it comes into small granules.
Whip the milk with vanilla and eggs, add the mixture to the flour mixture, then add the halloumi cheese.
Place the mixture in the fridge for at least an hour.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. An ice cream scooper is used to put the dough into the oil. Stir the donut pieces until brown and soft. Be careful! The donut must be fried over a very low heat so that the hearts are cooked too!
Combine sugar, cinnamon and dip the hot donut in the mixture.
With the tip of a spoon, tap the donut pieces, fill with jam, and serve.
