10 seasons, 236 episodes binge watched so many times and we still want more! Friends left a mark in each and every one of us, and Matthew Perry just triggered our chills and announced rescheduling the reunion which will be held in March 2021, after it was delayed because of the pandemic.
" Friends reunion being rescheduled for the beginning of March. Looks like we have a busy year coming up. And that's the way I like it!" he wrote on twitter.
Well, the cast seems just as excited as we are, because Fox News assured that cast mates Jennifer Aniston, David Schwimmer, Matt LeBlanc, Courteney Cox, and Lisa Kudrow have yet to comment on the news.
Last August, the reunion was pushed back because of the coronavirus pandemic after it was supposed to be taped in April and air in May.
In the details, all six Friends stars will reunite for an unscripted special for HBO Max, and earlier in an interview Marta Kauffman, the show's co-creator, said that she wanted to wait to tape the reunion because she wanted a live audience to be able to attend.
"We all want it to happen. We just have to wait until it is safe… we are going to need a live audience. Even if we socially distance that live audience, it really is a huge part of what 'Friends' is”. She said.
So, all you have to do is brace yourselves and just pray that March 2021 arrives fast!
