Cheese Stuffed Qatayef

Ingredients
The dough
1/2 cup of warm water
1/2 teaspoon instant yeast
1 and a quarter cup of milk
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 cup of flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
The filling
2 cups of cream cheese
1/4 cup of whipped cream
1 teaspoon of rose water
1/4 cup of sugar
1/4 cup chopped pistachios
How to prepare
In a large bowl, mix the yeast and warm water. Set aside for 10 minutes, then add milk.
In a small bowl, mix the dry ingredients well, then add to the milk mixture and beat well.
Set the dough aside for 20 minutes.
In a non-stick bowl over a fire, add a little oil, then pour a little of the dough mixture and fry on one side for about two minutes or until bubbles appear. Repeat until the quantity runs out.
To prepare the filling, mix all the ingredients well. The qatayef is stuffed and applied, then garnished with pistachios and served with syrup or honey.
