Zucchini cheese tart

Ingredients
1 zucchini
1 puff pastry
7 tablespoons of olive oil
200 g of cheese with herbs
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of limes
3 cups of watercress salad
How to prepare
Peel zucchini into long, thin slices.
Place the puff dough on a baking sheet and pierce with a fork. Brush with a tablespoon of olive oil, then place it in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Leave it to cool for 5 minutes.
At this time, mix the cheese with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add salt and pepper, then spread it over the dough.
In a large bowl, mix the rest of the olive oil with the lemon juice, then add the watercress and zucchini. The mixture is placed over the dough before serving the tart.
