The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince William and Kate Middleton took off on a three-day Royal Train Tour, considered as their first official trip since the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic. They toured over parts of Scotland, Wales and England, to salute workers who put efforts in battling the coronavirus pandemic.
The tour started at Edinburgh, where the Duke and Duchess met paramedics and staff of the Scottish Ambulance Service to thank them for their incredible efforts, then they moved to the Holy Trinity Church of England First School in Berwick-upon-Tweed where they spoke with schoolchildren and teachers.
They finished off their trip in Windsor, where they joined Queen Elizabeth II for a socially distanced engagement to thank local volunteers and essential workers.
On another level, we can’t deny that our radars were on all the time following the Duchess’s looks were a combination of chic and formal, sticking to her signature style.
Kate Middleton recycled some of her favorite pieces, including a green Alexander McQueen coat and a blue bespoke Catherine Walker coat dress, which she first wore during a trip to Norway in 2018. And on the last day of the tour, Kate chose a red Alexander McQueen coat and matching checkered scarf with black boots, a look so elegant that we are definitely copying.
