New Chanel ambassador, Charlotte Casiraghi is revealed in a fashion campaign photographed shot in the former Monegasque residence of Karl Lagerfeld.
At the start of the new year, Charlotte Casiraghi, a friend of the French house Chanel since her childhood, enters the doors of the great family of Chanel ambassadors. A few days ago, she unveiled the contours of the “Rendez-vous littéraires rue Cambon”, a project carried out in partnership with the label which is in line with her passion for literature and poetry that she has nurtured since her early years, and which had already given birth to the Philosophical Meetings of Monaco. This time we find the daughter of the Princess of Hanover in her role of ambassador with the first images of the spring-summer 2021 campaign.
The photos were taken by fashion photographer couple Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin. They feature the 34-year-old young woman in various atmospheres in Monaco.
We discover Charlotte Casiraghi posing in a tweed suit in the former residence of Karl Lagerfeld, one evening in the moonlit sky in an eighties-inspired silhouette, or lying by the pool in a very summery striped dress.
All the photos were taken in the heart of the princely city, and for the most part in the former residence of Karl Lagerfeld. The story with Chanel continues on January 26, the day of the launch of Casiraghi’s literary club. A project that will be the occasion for monthly conversational meetings where authors and actresses, but also friends of the house, will meet to discuss their writings and those of historical or contemporary literary figures. The first exchange will take place in the Chanel salons located at 31 rue Cambon in Paris and will be relayed on the house's website and social networks.
