Great news for all romantic fashion girls out there; H&M’s upcoming fashion collaboration features Irish designer Simone Rocha. Take a closer look on this collection which arrives in stores on March 11.
For its new collaboration, H&M called on the Irish designer Simone Rocha to distill its elegance in an unique designer collection. Known around the world for her unique feminine sense, she joins the long list of renowned designers who have already worked with giant retailer. A little less than twenty years after the iconic Karl Lagerfeld who inaugurated in 2004 this association between fashion and the Swedish brand, it is Simone Rocha's turn to deliver her exclusive capsule, accessible to all.
A silhouette between tradition and modernity
What do we know so far? “Margiela, Alber Elbaz, Comme des Garçons… I am very honored to be part of this incredible list,” said the 34-year-old designer born in Dublin, “a great admirer of the concept of collaboration initiated by H&M” who graduated from National College of Art & Design in Dublin in 2008 then at Central Saint Martins in London in 2010. In her collection, we will find her couture conception, her complex attention to detail and her sense of extra soft volume influenced by the allure of courtiers of the Tudor house.
