How to make red velvet cake with cream cheese for Valentine's Day

Ingredients
A cup and a half of flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
Pinch of salt
3 tablespoons of cocoa
2 cups of sugar
4/3 cup soft butter
1/3 cup of oil
3 eggs
2 egg yolks
30 ml of red food coloring
1 cup and a quarter of milk + 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of vanilla
Cream Cheese Frosting
400 g of cream cheese
1 cup of unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 tablespoon of vanilla
6 cups of caster sugar
How to prepare
In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda and salt. Add cocoa and mix again. Set aside.
In another bowl, beat the sugar and butter on high speed until smooth. Add the oil and stir, then gradually add the eggs and beat the mixture. Add the egg yolk and the red color and mix again.
Add milk to the mixture with vanilla and divide the mixture into two parts.
Place each section on a baking sheet in a preheated oven for 30 minutes or when a wooden stick is dry after placing it in the core of the cake. Set cake aside to cool.
At this time, make the cream by mixing the ingredients well.
Spread the cream on every layer and all sides of the cake, until it is completely covered.
Put in the refrigerator before serving.
