Steak salad with balsamic sauce

Ingredients
1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup of olive oil
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon dry thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
350 g steak
2 cups of green salad
10 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1/2 avocado, chopped
2 cucumbers, diced
How to prepare
To prepare the sauce, mix the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, dry thyme, salt and pepper. Pour a quarter of the amount of the mixture with the steak in a plastic bag and place in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours. The rest of the amount is placed in the refrigerator for later use on salads.
Drain the steak, then grill to taste.
Place the green salad on the serving plate and place the steak on top, then garnish with tomatoes, avocado and cucumber. Pour the sauce over and serve.
