How to make Mafrouka pistachio at home

Ingredients
1 cup of ready-made cream
1 cup of pistachios
3/4 cup of sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup semolina
1 cup of water
1 tablespoon of orange blossom water
1 teaspoon of rose water
How to prepare
In an electric mixer, beat the pistachios with 2 tablespoons of sugar until smooth.
In a pot over a stove, melt the butter, then add the semolina and stir until all of the particles are free. Add the water and the rest of the sugar until the mixture is fluffy.
Keep stirring until the mixture turns into a paste similar to mashed potatoes. Add the pistachio mixture, blossom water and rose water.
Pour the mixture onto a tray and set aside until completely cool.
Spread cream on top, then garnish with ground pistachios and serve cold with syrup.
