Moroccan Bread

 

Ingredients

3 and 3/4 cup of flour

1/4 cup of semolina

2 cups of warm water

2 and 1/4 teaspoon instant yeast

2 teaspoons of salt

1 teaspoon of sugar

 

How to prepare

Whip 1/4 cup of water, yeast and sugar. Set aside for 5 minutes.

Add flour, semolina and salt, then gradually add the remaining water. Mix until the dough becomes coherent.

Circle the dough and set it aside for 10 minutes, then divide it into two sets.

Rub each circle by hand, then sprinkle with semolina until it covers it completely.

Cover the dough and place it in a warm place for 45 minutes.

Preheat the oven for 45 minutes at most. Decorate the pieces with a fork scooper, then place them in the oven for 15 minutes or until browned.
