Chicken rolls with sumac and chickpeas

Ingredients
4 chicken breast
1 tablespoon and a half of sumac
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
8 loaves of bread
2 cups of green salad
4 tomatoes, chopped
2 avocados, chopped
3/4 cup of chickpeas
How to prepare
Put the chicken in a bowl with the sumac and olive oil. Add salt and pepper and rub the mixture well.
Grill the chicken until it's done, then cover and set aside for 5 minutes.
Put the salad with tomatoes and avocado in a loaf of bread. Add chickpeas, then shredded chicken.
Serve immediately.
