Mediterranean hummus salad

Ingredients
1 cup of boiled chickpeas
1 small red onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 cucumber, diced
2 tablespoons of black olives, pitted
1/4 cup of feta cheese
The sauce
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon of oregano
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon sumac
Salt and pepper to taste
How to prepare
In a large bowl, mix the chickpeas, onion, pepper, cucumber and olives.
In another small bowl, mix the sauce ingredients well.
Add the sauce over the salad mixture and stir. Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Add feta cheese and serve cold.
