Pistachio cookies

Ingredients
1 cup of pistachios
1 cup of unsalted butter, at room temperature
4/3 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
2 and a quarter cup of flour
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 cup of sugar
2 tablespoons of milk
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla
How to prepare
Grind the pistachios in an electric mixer. Set aside.
Whip the butter, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
Add flour and ground pistachios and continue whisking until you get a thick dough.
Cover the dough and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
By hand, form small round balls from the dough and place them on a baking sheet in a tray in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
At this time, melt the butter over the heat with constant stirring until it turns light brown. Remove from heat and set aside to cool for 5 minutes. Then beat the sugar, milk, vanilla and butter to get a thick mixture. More milk can be added if it is too thick.
Pour the butter mixture over the cookies and serve.
