Minced meat samosas and peas

Ingredients
The dough
2 cups and 1/4 of flour
1/4 cup of oil
4/3 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup of warm water
The filling
1 onion, chopped
2 tablespoons of oil
2 tablespoons of cumin
2 tablespoons of coriander
5 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of fresh ginger
1 teaspoon of turmeric
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
600 grams of ground meat
1 cup of boiled peas
How to prepare
To prepare the dough, mix the ingredients and knead well. Leave it to rest for 30 minutes.
To prepare the filling, cook the onions in oil over a medium heat until golden. Add cumin, coriander, garlic, ginger, turmeric, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Add meat and stir well with spices. After the meat is done, add the peas and stir again for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
Divide the dough into 16 pieces, then roll each one in a circle. The filling is placed in each of them and applied in a triangular shape.
To make it easier to apply the paste, wet the sides with a little water.
Fry the samosa pieces in oil until browned, then place them on paper tissues for a few minutes.
Serve the samosa pieces hot or at room temperature.
