Zucchini soup with cream

Ingredients
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic
3 zucchini, diced
3 cups of chicken or vegetable broth
1/4 cup of fresh cream
Salt and pepper to taste
How to prepare
Put onions, garlic, zucchini and chicken stock in a pot and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover the pot, and then let it simmer for 20 minutes. You can add more stock if it has completely evaporated!
Put the mixture in an electric mixer until it becomes smooth, then add the cream with salt and pepper.
Serve hot with parmesan cheese.
