Ramadan Recipe: The Emirati Thareed Dish Is A Must Try

Ingredients

1 kg of veal, cut into cubes

3 onions, chopped

1 clove of crushed garlic

2 tablespoons of butter

Spice and salt to taste

2 cups of chopped tomatoes

1 packet of tomato paste

2 potatoes, diced

1 cup of carrots, cut into small cubes

1 zucchini, diced

1 eggplant, diced

 

How to prepare

Cook onion and garlic in butter until golden brown. Add the meat, then the spices, salt and tomatoes and stir over a medium heat until the meat is tender.

Add tomato paste with vegetables. Cover and cook on medium heat for about 30 minutes.
